Applying Knowledge Management Processes to Improve Institutional Performance

This study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management processes in improving the level institutional performance Cihan University- Erbil, Iraq. For purpose achieving objectives, a hypothesis has been formulated with two sub-hypotheses. The relied on descriptive analytical approach. data were collected by questionnaire distributed randomly 90 academic staff at University-Erbil Campus, 74 valid responses received. results showed that management play an important level institution studied. Also, processes generating and storing show have stronger correlation than distributing applying in performance University. The novelty this article comes from its set recommendations will contribute raising institutional performance.
